Thompson Engineers, Inc. provides a wide range of engineering services up to and including complete facility engineering design. Quality engineering by experienced personnel, from preliminary design through project completion, will assure a completed project to meet the client’s requirements. Thompson Engineers, Inc. can serve as the prime design professional, or work with architects as a consulting member of a facility design team.

Planning to purchase or renovate an existing facility?
Thompson Engineers, Inc. can perform evaluations of existing systems and provide reports on the condition of any facility. Based on these findings, we can then offer recommendations for improvements to the facility to make it meet the user’s needs. Thompson Engineers, Inc. can also assist in developing a budget for mechanical and electrical retrofit of the facility. Again, Thompson Engineers, Inc. works with architects and other consultants, as necessary, to provide a complete facility design team.

Yesterday's building may not meet today's need. Technology is continually changing. Thompson Engineers, Inc. is equipped to help evaluate an existing facility, determine its limitations and untapped potential, and provide reasonable solutions for facility requirements. Closeout Phase

  2. System operation review and building commissioning
  3. Maintenance training seminars
  4. Contractor release and waivers
  5. Owner's final acceptance
